She wears a Disney T-shirt,
harlequin joggers,
rainbow ribbon in her hair,
holds her mother’s hand.
She lets go,
stands erect,
feet
in the third position.
With lowered arms
held
a little forward,
elbows
slightly bent,
she suddenly
springs upwards
performing
a cluster of petits jetés.
They enter a department store
leaving only extras
on stage.
